Luxury, cozy, and very fully furnished house (completed July 2022) on private land, near forest, heath and springs. There is room for 6 people. There is a kitchen with all amenities including a microwave oven and a coffee maker on beans, a bathroom with 2 showers and upstairs is a second toilet. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is downstairs. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. There is also a smart TV with Chromecast and you can use a lightning fast fiber optic connection. Furthermore, there is plenty of space outside and the garden is fenced. I have also set out 2 fun klootschietroutes (one short and one long), material for this is available. Optionally, it is possible to rent the sauna. When renting the sauna, it is at your disposal for the entire rental period, bath towels, aromas and unlimited use (never leave the sauna on unnecessarily!) is included. The final cleaning, 2 towels per person and bed, bath and kitchen linen are included!

Vacation home Veluwse Vogels is located in a quiet area. From the house you can walk into the woods, along the springs, towards the moors. Here is a deer park, sheep pen and lake. In addition, the heathland is partly a large off-leash area for dogs. Besides hiking, the area is also excellent for cycling and horseback riding. Furthermore, at the end of the street there is a large bric-a-brac store that is certainly fun to look at. Also in the vicinity of Epe more than enough to do; Epe itself, for example, has a donkey farm and a nice, cozy center. Also sauna center the Veluwse Bron, Gezinspark 't Smallert, the Apenheul, Queen Julianatoren, Heggies play paradise and Paleis het Loo are nearby. The center of Epe is about 3km away. You can swim at the Heerderstrand and here is also a Pitch and Putt, this is just over 4km away. A bus stop, all-inclusive + Chinese restaurant and Mcdonalds are about 1km away.
