New cottage with spacious garden and large sunny veranda in the beautiful nature of the Frisian Woods. Located on the edge of a small-scale nature campsite near a forest strip and large pond. Beautiful view of the meadows where horses and deer run. Here you come for the tranquility and hear mainly bird sounds. The house is tastefully decorated, has a living room with beautiful views, spacious kitchen, new bathroom with walk-in shower and two small bedrooms. Cycling routes directly from the campsite. Mountain bike rental and the possibility of joining Pilates yoga classes. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent a linen package, 15 euros per person. It is also possible to order hot rolls or a well-filled breakfast basket at the reception. There is no cleaning fee. You must leave the house clean on departure. Or cleaning service to be ordered on the spot, 60 euros.
Nature and surroundings
The Frisian Woods is a protected nature reserve in North East Friesland. Old forests, small lakes and meadows surrounded by trees. The nature campsite has a large pond and a small piece of forest. At 500 m distance are several fish ponds. The Wadden Islands, possibility for mudflats, the coast and nature reserve Lauwersoog are nearby. North East Friesland is not yet so touristy and therefore suitable for nature lovers and peace seekers. The cottage is accessible by public transport. Cycling routes directly from the campsite. Stores for groceries within cycling distance. Cosy places like Dokkum and Kollum are nearby.
