The house is located on the hills of the island of Zakynthos, near the one of the smallest's and most traditional and quite village of Loucha, the nearest taverna is 10 min walk, the nearest market is 5 kilometers away (Agios Leon), the closest's places to swim are Porto Limionas and Porto Roxa (10 kilometers west) and the beach of Alikanas (14 kilometers east). 15 to 25 kilometers from all the main resorts and the town of Zakynthos. 100 meters away of the house is a permanent firefighter's post helping protecting the forest around the village and the houses, Beautiful walks all around. Exceptional for bird watchers and wildflowers and plants lovers depending on the season. A lot of off road bicycle roads all around.
