A location that lets you experience that not all areas within our borders are overcrowded.... In other words, there is plenty of space at this location (also in the apartment for that matter) and the views are fantastic. Where can you still see the sun rise in the morning and disappear behind the horizon in the evening? Birds, seals, salt marshes and sea dikes overlooking the Dollard can be seen in just 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Special property with an interesting history.
