This nature house is a very modern and design house designed by an interior designer. It was built with extremely noble materials in accordance with the best energy performance class. The house has large windows (with mosquito nets) with a beautiful view of the surrounding valleys. On the ground floor :- the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, Krups coffee machine (capsules), kettle, breakfast corner.- the dining room with round table and 360° view of the garden- the small sitting area with a small TV- a master bedroom with a bed of 160cm- a children's bedroom with two bunk beds of 80cm each. On the first floor, you will find the play and reading mezzanine which overlooks the house and again offers a breathtaking view. Adults can devour a book here or children can relax on the sofa.
Nature and surroundings
Located in the village of Warempage (municipality of La Roche-en-Ardenne), the house is built on a bucolic plot in the middle of hawthorn trees. It is possible to eat on the garden furniture under the coolness of the trees while watching the children play on the private playground. Outside you will find two terraces, each with garden furniture, a children's playground with slide and swing, an outdoor BBQ with built-in pizza oven, a fire basket. Wood is available on site.The historic centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne is rich in attractions. You can visit the ruins of the feudal castle, the museum of the Battle of the Bulge, the sandstone of La Roche. If you are more of a nature lover, you can only marvel at the nature surrounding La Roche-en-Ardenne. Let yourself be lulled by the song of the Ourthe, by kayak or on foot. Children will love the game park or the tour of the town in the little train.
