An authentic dyke house quietly located along the bike path between Slijkplaat and Number One. The cottage is ideal for a family with 2 children. Simple but with all basic comfort. On the ground floor are the entrance / kitchen, living room with adjoining playroom / veranda and bathroom / toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a dressing room in between. The kitchen is spacious with a beautiful view over the polder. There is a fridge-freezer and a separate refrigerator (3 drawers) under the sink. Furthermore, a gas stove, microwave and combi-oven. The bathroom is small but comfortable and has a shower, sink and toilet. The pool is available from about June 1 to about September 30 (dates depending on weather conditions). The cottage is super quiet along the bike path between Sludge Plate and Number One. Residents are allowed to drive their cars up to the house. The cottage has no direct neighbors and is surrounded by polders. The cottage stands on a long/narrow plot of about 800 m². One part of the garden is adjacent to the living space. Here there is a sunny terrace, a small pool (diam. 3.6m) and a sandbox. The other part of the garden (with climbing tower) is adjacent to the kitchen. On the west side is the Gaternisse Creek. Here there is a jetty where it is lovely to relax. An old surfboard is ready for some paddling on the warm days. A 10-minute walk away is the small quiet beach at Number One. Do you prefer something more crowded, then Breskens is 3 km. Here you will find stores, restaurants, (yacht) harbor and beach. A day trip to Bruges or cycling to the Zwin or Cadzand. Or the ferry takes you to Vlissingen. The ideal environment for a quiet vacation in beautiful nature.
