IMPORTANT : This home is our main and unique home. We have the habit to exchange it through home exchanges web sites. We also sometimes exceptionnally rent it, that's why we don't have any comments. We will only consider rental requests for families and serious, calm and reliable people. No private groups, no events, no fiestas. This means that you will find everything you need in the house for entertainment, toys, gaming (inside and outside) etc... Obviously we ask to take very good care of the house and its content.Don't hesitate to contact us before booking in case of any question.There are 5 bedrooms : the parents bedroom, the friends bedroom and 3 other bedrooms for children or adults. There are 2 bathrooms, an open space on all the ground floor with living room / dining room / kitchen, a big and relax open space on the 1st floor with a pool table, a babyfoot and a dart's game..., a room for reading or playing and a garage.

It's very quiet and in the middle of a village of 14 houses.The house is big, quiet and modern, with a very big garden, located in the heart of the Belgian "Ardennes" and Europa, next to Bastogne, belgian town known for its battle of the Ardennes.All utilities are available (Internet, WIFI, TV, DVD player, washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher...) and toys for children (Nintendo Wii, books, family games etc...) are available.Outside we have a trampoline for chidren, hamacs for relaxation, wheelchair swings, a ping pong table, badminton, a barbecue, 2 terraces encircling a water body with a depth of 60 cm.Exact address location (10km from Bastogne) will be provided once booking is done.
