Welcome to our nature B&B In the beautiful Haute Vienne, a province located in the South-West of France, we started a chambres d'hotes several years ago. Our house is reasonably spacious for the four of us so the 3 rooms with their own entrance, leading to a hallway and then with a beautiful staircase to the 1st floor. Room 2 bed 180x200 with private bathroom with shower/sink/toilet is provided. Room 3 with a large (160x210) bed and a single bed. The shower, sink and separate toilet in the hallway (only for this room of course) Which we often rent to families with children because we can rent room 4 with two 1-person beds. Here we offer mid, week and weekend packages with breakfast included, but also half board arrangements. You can enjoy our small farm campsite between the trees and situated on a private lake of about 1 ha.
Nature and surroundings
The Limousin- Our camping a la ferme and farm are located in the Limousin, a region in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. This region also includes the departments of Haute-Vienne and Dordogne. This already tells you that this is a very beautiful and quiet area, with green forests, many lakes, small villages, castles and caves, and a wonderful temperature. Well-known in the Limousin are of course the Limousin cattle, you have to taste the meat! This breed, and our Friesian horses are in our meadows and stables.About 35 km from the campsite is the capital of Limousin, Limoges. This beautiful city is known for its porcelain and is full of attractions such as the cathedral, squares and streets. There is a large zoo, an aquarium and many terraces and restaurants. It was a B&B that was simply set up. But the hospitality, on the other hand, was tremendously high. A Dutch family with an obvious eye for the vacationer. Highly recommended!
