A unique floating and detached waterfront home with shed on and adjacent to the water of De Gouden Ham in Maasbommel. Located on a wide and safe walkway in a row of 14 homes, each with its own parking space. The house itself has a terrace of about 8 by 3 meters. The location is south-east and this provides beautiful sunrises. The house is equipped with a four-burner stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In addition to the upstairs bedroom with a double bed, the small bedroom in the "tub" has a sofa bed for 2 people. In addition, a crib is available. In the rest of 'bak' is plenty of space to watch Internet TV, play or sleep (2-person sofa bed) . On the terrace there is a swimming ladder which, like the exit to the jetty, is secured with a gate. Safe for children and pets. There is a sub-plank and there are life jackets for adults and children. It really is a fantastic house.
Nature and surroundings
Quiet and detached, although in a row of 14 homes, these are so few occupied that you often find yourself alone. The location provides views of hundreds of feet and nature offers many species of water birds and even beavers. In addition to several restaurants and terraces, there is Riverside "across the street. This consists of a restaurant, beach, bouncy castle and play facilities. Also, they rent out just about anything that floats. On the right across the street is a beautiful piece of forest with a walkable embankment with many beaver tracks and even a badger sett. The "backyard" consists of a strip of water against the dike. Pike are regularly sunbathing there in the sun. In the spring, coots and grebes build nests. In the village of Maasbommel you will find a bakery and an agri shop where you can buy the most common foodstuffs as well as tools and animal feed. For more extensive facilities, Beneden-Leeuwen (8km), Oss (10km) and Druten (13km) are within reach.
