The gîte is part of a farmhouse occupied by the landlords.An old cattle barn of 90 m2, independent, completely converted with kitchen and dining room on the ground floor and upstairs a bedroom, office with wifi, bathroom, and sitting room with sofa bed and home cinema. Outside a terrace with beautiful views of the Morvan, a BBQ and a "jeu de boules" court!

Crux-la-ville...that is pure nature, hiking and biking routes everywhere ( e.g. canal du nivernais), many lakes nearby where you can fish or do water sports for example Etang du Merle at 2 km distance or Etang de Baye and de Vaux at 15 km, canoeing on several rivers...
