Our vacation home is located in a weekend house area in the Westerwald. The vacation home is available for sole use with a fenced property area of approx. 330 square meters. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open living/dining area. There is also a covered terrace facing south. And not to forget our terrace sauna for max. 2 persons (see photo) in the enclosed outdoor area. Nature and surroundings
The weekend home area in 57647 Enspel is located in northern Rhineland-Palatinate between the towns of Hachenburg, Bad Marienberg and Westerburg. There are several ponds in the immediate vicinity, although these are not open to the public. Shopping facilities, restaurants, a pharmacy and much more can be found approx. 1 km away in the town of Nistertal, which also has train connections to the towns of Hachenburg, Westerburg, Limburg and Cologne.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
