On the Groninger Hogeland stands amidst the farmlands this fine house in an ancient spot. Through a 250 meter long lane you come to the farmyard of approximately 8000m2. On this large private property you might just see a roe deer at your kitchen window or a hare sitting on the terrace. In the surrounding fields cows and sheep walk regularly, what a beautiful view! From the dining room you step out onto the sunny terrace. The new bathroom has a large shower and double sink and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for delicious cooking. The taupe bedroom has a double bed (200 x 180). The blue and green bedrooms both have a single bed (200x80) that can be converted into a double bed (200x160). There are a total of 6 beds.
Nature and surroundings
The windbreak around the yard is often a haven for deer, hares and birds of prey. They regularly stop by and then you sit first-class inside on the couch or outside on the terrace. For those who love privacy, peace and endless views of the beautiful Groningen skies, this house is a fantastic place! It is also an ideal base to discover all the beauty of the province of Groningen. Think about visiting one of the old Groninger castles, cycling along waving grain fields, mudflats from Pieterburen (the Wadden Sea is a Unesco World Heritage Site), a visit to the cozy city of Groningen, a day trip to Schiermonnikoog or maybe even spotting the bald eagle in National Park Lauwersoog!

Elise December 22, 2023 General rating:Fijn huisje, alles is aanwezig. Echt heel compleet. We hadden guur weer maar binnen was het heerlijk warm en erg knus met de haardvlammen. Veel films gekeken op Canal+ op de heerlijke hang bank.
Nature, peace & environment:Midden in de natuur, omringd door weilanden uit welk raam je ook kijkt. Heerlijk rustig.

Nature, peace & environment:Perfect. Ontzettend genoten van de rust en de reeën die langs het huis liepen.

Juditha August 18, 2023 General rating:Het huis is zeer verzorgd en compleet ingericht. Je voelt je er snel thuis! Verder is de ligging zeer rustig en is het een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.
Nature, peace & environment:De natuur rondom het huisje is super. Uitzichten zover je kunt kijken, heerlijk rustig en de reeën lopen dichtbij het huis.
