A beautiful traditional two-story house built in stone and chestnut wood, renovated in detail with high quality materials. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with a traditional hallway with spectacular views of the Tiraña Valley. It also has an adjoining room for laundry and storage. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. The house is supplied with well water, faces south and has been renovated with solid insulation in floor, walls and roof, and double glazing and insulated windows, so you can enjoy a warm and pleasant atmosphere in winter, and an ideal temperature in summer. Outside the house there is a terrace with garden, a traditional Asturian hórreo with a covered terrace below and private parking.
Nature and surroundings
A traditional construction located in the Valley of Tiraña, a small valley in the foothills of the Sierra de Peñamayor, in the central mountains of Asturias, at the gates of the Natural Park of Redes, a short distance from the beach and close to the main cities. This house is in a place surrounded by mountains and fresh air. An ideal place to isolate yourself and enjoy nature. From the house there are several paths from where you can walk through meadows, streams and native forests, and see the flora and fauna that inhabit this space. We also offer you the opportunity to do various creative activities, get in touch with nature and learn about the natural environment. Guests can also purchase, depending on the season, organic products grown in the kitchen garden near the house.
