Downstairs you will find an equipped kitchen containing a refrigerator, stove/oven, kettle, bread toaster, the necessary pans and dolce gusto and/or Senseo for a delicious cup of coffee. Outside you will find a garden set and garden at your disposal to sit in the morning or evening sun or for the children to romp around. There is a private terrace with dining table, garden set and umbrella. In the cottage there are also some games and books/magazines for entertainment. This nature house is therefore the perfect base for nature lovers. You walk into the forest for several hiking, biking and horse trails. This special nature house is located directly on the Zwolse Bos and just a stone's throw from the village of Wapenveld. On the other side of the village are vast floodplains and fields that continue to the river IJssel. The nature house is located on the Winfried estate, an estate with a rich history and dates back to around 1900. In the area you can of course walk and cycle to your heart's content. But you can also enjoy a day of wellness at the Veluwse Bron or play golf at the nearby Hattemse Golf & Countryclub golf course. And if you do feel like a bit of the hustle and bustle of the city, the Hanseatic cities of Hattem, Deventer, Elburg, Kampen and Zwolle are very close by.
