Welcome to this beautiful classic Ardennes villa with a spacious, fully fenced garden of no less than 2300 square meters. In this historic country house with character you can relax, cook elaborately and enjoy the cozy fireplace in the evening. The spacious enclosed garden consists of an orchard (with apples, plums and nuts), a large lawn and a terrace where you can barbecue. In the (wild) butterfly garden you can enjoy the setting sun in the evening. With a large living room, cozy dining room, full kitchen, conservatory, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is more than enough room for 8 people and up to 2 pets. The entire house has excellent WiFi, digital TV with Dutch and international channels and a Bluetooth sound system. All bedrooms have luxury box springs and can be used as either a double bed or as 2 single beds. In the cave under the house you will find a lockable bike shed, table tennis table and table football game.
Nature and surroundings
The villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Hotton - in the heart of the real Ardennes - less than 100 meters from the river Ourthe. The area is beautiful with endless mountain biking, fishing, hiking, cycling, canoeing and outdoor sports opportunities. The cozy village center of Hotton is 450 meters away and has several restaurants and cafes, 3 large supermarkets and an organic supermarket and an excellent bakery/patisserie. The bus stops in front of the door and the Melreux-Hotton train station is at the end of the street (1.5 km away). The villages of Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Ny, Ciney, Marche and Han-sur Lesse are only a few kilometers away.
