A WONDERFUL, RELAXING GETAWAY BY THE WATER! As of September 12, our team has taken over management of the charming two-person log cabin at the 't Spellbrink Estate. We’ve prepared the cabin with great love and care to offer you a comfortable, welcoming, and flawless stay. Inside, you’ll experience the cozy charm of simplicity. The compact space is cleverly designed with a comfortable 2-person trundle bed. During the day, you can slide the bed in to create plenty of living space, and in the evening, you can set up a cozy place to sleep in no time. We’ve intentionally omitted Wi-Fi and TV so you can truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle. However, we’ve provided some fun games and binoculars for birdwatching. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a Dolce Gusto, among other things. Outside, you can enjoy the covered patio with a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and a fire pit (wood available for purchase on-site). Right on the water, you’ll find two private docks: one with a lounge sofa and a swimming ladder, and one with a bistro set!
Nature and surroundings
You’ll be staying on a beautiful, peaceful private property right on the shore of a large natural lake. The area surrounding your log cabin exudes pure serenity and privacy. As a guest, you’ll have the unique freedom to enjoy lovely walks around the entire private lake on our estate. Enjoy the soothing greenery and the chirping of the birds, and be sure to take a look at the charming aviary on our property. For anglers, the lake is a true paradise teeming with large carp. Carp fishing is available for a fee, and you may fish exclusively from the two private docks near the log cabin. This helps us keep the grounds nice and quiet for everyone. Fish bait is available upon request directly through your contact person. Want to get away for a bit? Right from the front door, you can bike or walk straight into the beautiful Achterhoek’s rolling countryside. De Leemputten Nature Park is right in our backyard. The German Zwillbrocker Venn—with its wild flamingos and the cozy Kloppendiek restaurant—is also just 2 kilometers away!

We went there for fishing and to be in nature, away from people. It really is a dream. Lots of good fish in the pond.
The house itself has a perfekt size for 2 people. We slept like babies in those beds. Very comfy. The house has everything you need to cook.

Keine große kretik war alles so wie es sein sollte.Als verbesserungsvorschlag vlt einen kleinen Flachen fernseher irgendwo hinhängen.für schlechte Wetter Tage oder Abende z.b. für Frau oder Kind wenn Vater oder Mann am Wasser z.b. Angeld.Sonst nichts zu beanstanden.Alles sehr gut gewesen.Nur weiter so.was uns sehr gefallen hat die Frejndlichkeit erreichbarkeit und hilfsberreitschaft.Super macht weiter so.
Eins vorweg,alle Negativen bewertungen in der vergangenheit.Vergesst sie das am besten sofort ist alles Quatsch.Es war Sauber,Moderne Sanitäranlagen und auch Sauber.Alles vor Ort fürs Essen Kochen und auch ausstattung besteckt und ect. Sehr wichtig Mücken zeug davon sind genügend vorhanden.Sonst einfach nur wunderschön beim Sonnenaufgang zum himmel schauen oder übers Wasser einfach Herlich seinen Morgenkaffe bei so einer Aussicht zu genissen.Zum endspannen und erholen perfekt.Heizung funktioniert tadellos und hrizt auch richtig gut.Für alle die mal eine auszeit mögen,perfekt um abzuschalten.Ruhige Wald lage und für Angler sehr optimal besser als Zelten.Fische sehr viele vorhanden und auch große von bis zu ein Meter bis ein Meter zwanzieg.Last euch so eine möglichkeit nicht endgehen.vorallem bei so einem Humanen preis.Bekommt ihr niergend wo.Liebe grüße an den Gadtgeber Tobi.
