Welcome to our lovely yard of about 6000 m2, right on the Veluwe. We rent an independent part of our house, with its own entrance and facilities. Your own terrace is adjacent to the vegetable garden, pick your own vegetables? The studio with private entrance is compact with a sitting area with wood stove, dining table, kitchenette and semi-detached sleeping area, all with direct view of the garden. The kitchen offers a kettle, nespresso, milk frother, oven, fridge and double hob. There is a Finnish sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub. You share this with any guests of the Forest House. You can write down the time on the day so you then have sole use. This is just included as are bathrobes. If you want more space & privacy, check out our Boshuis, nr 26071. In short, a nice place to retreat and enjoy all the bird sounds. And to use as a base for nature trips and city trips.
Nature and surroundings
This is pure nature! You see it, you breathe it, you hear it and you feel the vibes directly from your living room or bedroom or from the terrace. From here you can also walk straight into the woods, onto the heath or along the beautiful rolling meadows. There are 2 wooden shoe paths that pass by. Or get on your bike, for example to Emst (1 km) to get your breakfast or to Epe or Vaassen (3-5 km) for a wide variety of stores and restaurants. We have many tips when it comes to good tips for walking, cycling, eating and drinking. It is also nice to cycle to Deventer (20 km) or Zwolle (17 km). Also do not forget Vierhouten, Nunspeet, Olst etc! We live here since March '21, and always amaze us with new places, whatever wind direction we choose! Absolutely fantastic! A really nice place with friendly owners. The hot tub was wonderful—we used it a lot.

Hard-working people are making this little paradise even more beautiful.

Regarding the fridge, we could have easily helped you with that since we have more storage space available. The BBQ and pizza oven were and are in regular use; we’re just adding some mosaic tiles to make them even nicer. What a hot week it was, huh? It might be worth mentioning that you were inside during the hottest parts of the day because you found it more comfortable there. Normally, the dogs hardly ever—or never—come inside, but they did this time because all our doors were open and you were so nice to them. Uit de tuin zelf aardbeien,aalbessen, frambozen en kersen plukken(seizoen afhankelijk natuurlijk.
I.v.m.onze heel warme vakantie week een ventilator. 's Avonds ging in overleg de tussendeur open om te luchten. De TUB was heerlijk, vullen koste 1 u. Eigen temperatuur in te stellen. Vooraf reserveren.
Prettige ontvangst, en dagelijks wel een praatje met eigenaars. De moestuin is nog in ontwikkeling.
Hard werkende mensen om dit paradijsje nog te verfraaien.
Top natuurhuisje dus, voor de rust zoeker. 2 lieve honden en 2 katten lopen rond. P plaats binnen het hek, op het terrein.

Veel dank voor je uitgebreide review Marjolein en fijn dat jullie het zo lekker gehad hebben. Goed dat je dat zegt van die plekken waar stof was, gaan we op letten. Tav de koelkast, daar hadden we jullie zo mee kunnen helpen want we hebben meer koelruimte beschikbaar. De bbq en pizza oven gewoon waren en zijn gewoon in gebruik, we zijn alleen aan het mozaïeken om het nog leuker te maken. Wat een warme week was het he, misschien goed om te benoemen dat jullie juist op de warme momenten binnen waren omdat jullie het daar aangenamer vonden. Normaliter lopen de honden amper/niet voor, nu wel omdat bij ons ook alle deuren open stonden en jullie zo leuk met ze waren.
