Nature house in Trois-Ponts

Fine cottage with all the necessary comforts and a beautiful view over the valley from the terrace. No internet (which is fine), but plenty of DVDs, books and board games for evenings. I would nuance in the ad that the garden is not fully fenced. If your dog likes to explore it will walk right into the woods or up the street. Our dog never runs far but would dare to chase riders who often walk past the cottage. Jeroen is also easily accessible if you have questions during your stay.

Fijn huisje met alle nodige comfort en een prachtig zicht over de vallei vanop het terras.
Geen internet (wat prima is), maar wel veel DVD's, boeken en gezelschapsspelletjes voor 's avonds.
Ik zou in de advertentie nuanceren dat de tuin niet volledig omheind is. Als je hond graag op onderzoek gaat dan loopt die zo het bos in of de straat op. Onze hond loopt nooit ver weg maar zou wel eens achter ruiters durven aanlopen die vaak langs het huisje wandelen. Haar met een gerust hart buiten laten spelen zat er dus niet in.
Verder was het prima!
Jeroen is ook vlot bereikbaar als je vragen hebt tijdens je verblijf.

Beautiful location, right next to the forest and easily accessible. Lots of hiking trails to explore nearby. On weekdays you hardly meet anyone in the forest.

Prachtige locatie, vlak naast het bos en makkelijk bereikbaar.
Heel veel wandelpaden te ontdekken in de buurt. Op weekdagen kom je bijna niemand tegen in het bos.

There is a steep staircase with narrow steps as a connection between the ground floor where the bedrooms and toilet/shower room are located and the second floor with the living room and kitchen and access to terrace and garden. For disabled people this is a limiting factor which may make it more difficult for them to access the toilet and/or bedrooms.

Er is een steile trap met smalle treden als verbinding tussen de begane grond waar zich de slaapkamers en wc/doucheruimte bevinden en de eerste verdieping met de woonkamer en keuken en toegang tot terras en tuin. Voor minder validen is dit een beperkende factor waardoor ze mogelijk moeilijker naar toilet en/of slaapkamers kunnen gaan.

The house is beautifully situated. You walk straight from the garden into the forest where you can make beautiful walks. From the terrace you have wonderful views over the hilly countryside. The communication with the owner is very smooth and fast. The garden is very large with a trampoline where our children had a great time.

Het huis ligt prachtig. Je loopt zo van de tuin het bos in waar je mooie wandelingen kunt maken. Vanaf het terras heb je heerlijk uitzicht over het heuvelachtige landschap. De communicatie met de eigenaar verloopt heel soepel en snel.
De tuin is heel groot met een trampoline waar onze kinderen zich ook heel goed konden vermaken.
