This nature house/chalette is one of 5 accommodations on our 4-acre estate, loved for its complete private setting. For families of 3, parents with 1 child, a wonderful stay, also thanks to the private sun terrace with pool, a gas barbecue and a cozy seating area for outdoor dining. The pool is safely screened for toddlers. There is fiber optic internet.The living area and kitchen run into each other, there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. The decor is warm and cozy and the well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and microwave oven. In the summer months the air conditioning provides plenty of cooling. You charge according to use. In summer, the 1st 15 euros per week for our costs and in Winter the 1st 50 euros per 4 weeks for our costs. Tourist tax is p.p. per day from 16 years with a max of 5 days. Cash on arrival. 1 euro from November to March and 2 euros from April to October.
Nature and surroundings
The sea and the Ria Formosa nature reserve is only 8 km from the quinta. In the immediate vicinity are nice villages and towns. The nature house is located 5 minutes by car from the charming village of Moncarapacho. The Eastern Algarve is a Valhalla for nature lovers, hikers and bird watchers.

The cottage is very free on the property, amidst the greenery. We did not use the pool, but with summer temperatures I am sure it would be lovely. The terrace is spacious. the cottage is small, but everything we needed was there and with the nice weather we were mostly outside or out and about.
Het huisje staat heel vrij op het terrein, temidden van het groen. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, maar met zomerse temperaturen is het vast heerlijk. Het terras is ruim. het huisje is klein, maar alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en met het mooie weer waren we meestal buiten of op pad.
Around our cottage it was quiet and green and in the area were nice towns, villages, beautiful beaches and a little further north beautiful hiking areas around lakes, in the mountains and along old towns. The nature reserve Ria Formosa, on the coast, is amazing! So much space and quiet, beautiful! The beautiful weather made up for everything and that in November! Marga and Rob, the owners, know very well the balance between always being available for their guests and the privacy of the guests, very pleasant people. We had a wonderful vacation!
Rondom ons huisje was het rustig en groen en in de omgeving waren leuke stadjes, dorpjes, prachtige stranden en iets noordelijker mooie wandelgebieden rondom meren, in de bergen en langs oude stadjes. Het natuurgebied Ria Formosa, aan de kust, is geweldig! Zoveel ruimte en rust, prachtig! Het mooie weer maakte alles helemaal goed en dat in november! Marga en Rob, de eigenaren, weten heel goed de balans te vinden tussen altijd beschikbaar zijn voor hun gasten en de privacy van de gasten waarborgen, hele prettige mensen. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
