Nature house in Stavoren

An eco-friendly Tiny house with all the amenities.
The selection of kitchenware is a bit limited, though. But experience has shown that this is often the case with vacation rentals.

Enkel het keukengerei is wat beperkt. Maar is proefondervindelijk vaak het geval bij vakantiehuisjes.

A really lovely cottage located near the owner’s marina. Even though there are several cottages on the property and marina users naturally have access, it remains peaceful and quiet.
From the front, you have a view of the yachts, and the back opens onto the meadows of the neighboring dairy farm. There’s also a more private area at the back.
Even though it’s a “Tiny house,” we never felt like there wasn’t enough space.
The owner drove our belongings to the cottage upon arrival, and handcarts are always available to move things around.
The location is a 20-minute walk from Stavoren itself, with all the necessary amenities.

Super fijn huisje gelegen rond de jachthaven van de eigenaar. Ondanks dat er meerdere huisjes op het terrein staan en de gebruikers van de jachthaven natuurlijk toegang hebben, blijft het gewoon rustig en stil.
Vooraan heb je zicht op de jachten en de achterzijde geeft uit op de weides van de naburige melkboer. Achteraan heb ook een meer privaat stukje.
Ondanks dat het om een "tiny house" hebben wij nooit het gevoel gehad dat er te weinig ruimte was.
De eigenaar heeft onze spullen bij aankomst naar het huisje gereden en er zijn steeds handkarren aanwezig om spullen te verrijden.
De locatie is op 20min stappen van Stavoren zelf, met alle nodige voorzieningen.

Very idyllic on a harbor.

No one present to give directions. Not close by car, so directions would be nice. Scaffolding was very slippery as it had just frozen. No description in the cottage how it works and what to do when leaving the cottage. Not enough storage space in the kitchen, because during the turn of the year all restaurants in the area are closed. Lots of fireworks noise, our dog was very scared. Could walk with the dog only on the bike path, no other areas discovered, due to lack of an environmental description.

Niemand aanwezig om weg te wijzen. Niet dichtbij met auto, dus aanwijzingen zouden fijn zijn. Steigers waren erg glad, want het had net gevroren. Geen beschrijving in het huisje hoe het werkt en wat te doen bij het verlaten van het huisje. Te weinig opbergruimte in de keuken, want tijdens de jaarwisseling zijn alle restaurants in de omgeving dicht. Veel vuurwerk geluid, onze hond was erg bang. Kon met de hond alleen over het fietspad lopen, geen andere gebieden ontdekt, doordat een omgevings beschrijving ontbreekt.
