A magical place in the middle of a large forest. There is salutary peace and quiet. In the fully enclosed garden there are 3 terraces, one covered, so you can still sit outside even in the rain! In the morning you wake up rested whistling along with the birds, while the squirrels meander through the trees. The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms with spacious comfortable (made) double beds, bathroom with bath, towels, small kitchen where everything is present, refrigerator, double hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, coffee, tea, etc.. There is also a BBQ. This B&B is a "Bed and Forest". Dogs are very welcome! (Tip: Vet here is much, often 50% cheaper, info: contact me.) From your own entrance you walk directly into the forest! The forest runs through three countries, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, you can also walk to the famous Three Country Point, where a labyrinth is and a watchtower overlooking the 3 countries. In the surrounding area there are really numerous hiking and cycling routes (leaflets in the house). Kelmis also has a very special history; it has been an independent state for about 100 years, because the countries could not agree on who would become the owner of this profitable zinc mine.
