This renovated gîte is centrally located in beautiful southern France. Set in a picturesque French village, surrounded by vineyards, and not far from the Mediterranean coast, this hidden gem awaits your arrival. You can enjoy a warm and sunny climate year-round, go hiking or biking right from our front door, and experience all the culture the Hérault has to offer. The 75-square-meter gîte is located on the ground floor of a spacious detached house. It has its own entrance from the outdoor terrace. Surrounded by a large, lush 7,000-square-meter garden, an outdoor pool, and a gym, there are plenty of opportunities for relaxation and tranquility. The spacious, comfortable gîte consists of a living room with a sunroom and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious hallway connects the living area to the sleeping area, and it consists of a recently renovated bedroom and bathroom. The self-contained gîte is located on the ground floor, and the owner lives—completely separately—on the upper floor.
Nature and surroundings
Hérault is a department in the sunny south of France on the Mediterranean Sea. The department is named after the river of the same name that flows through it. Located in the Occitanie region, the department offers wonderful beaches. There’s also plenty more to discover in the department! Visit the famous vineyards, hike through the diverse nature reserves, and enjoy quintessentially French towns such as Montpellier, Béziers, and Sète. The department’s beautiful lakes are definitely worth a visit as well. Or pay a visit to the Grotte de Glamouse, one of the most beautiful caves in the region. The Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park is largely located in the Hérault department and covers 145,000 hectares. The mountain range lies between the high-altitude central region and the low-lying Mediterranean region of France. The park features a diverse landscape consisting of lakes, gorges, valleys, and mountain peaks.

Wij logeerden in de gite, heel ruim en gezellig ingericht met een grote keuken en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Een airco in de slaap-en woonkamer(keuken) voor de warme dagen.Het huis ligt aan de rand van een rustig dorpje omgeven door wijnranken. Heerlijk om wandelingen te maken.
