Nature house in Apiro

Alessio, the owner, is justifiably proud of the cottage. You can see from everything that he has put a lot of time, energy, money and love into making this house a gem. A roof / awning would be a nice addition so that even if it rains but not cold, you can still sit outside.

Alessio, de eigenaar, is met recht trots op het huisje. Aan alles kun je zien dat hij heel veel tijd, energie, geld en liefde heeft gestoken om van dit huis een pareltje te maken. Hij heeft ons erg hartelijk ontvangen.

Een afdak/luifel zou nog wel een fijne toevoeging zijn zodat je, ook als het eens regent maar niet koud is, je toch gewoon buiten kunt zitten.

The surroundings are beautiful. The cottage is in the middle of the forest. For the road to it you do need a bit of a sturdy car. Peace and space in abundance. Our dog also had a great time here. Casa Encantada...an enchanting cottage in an enchanting setting. "It is also possible to use a private beach at Lake Cingoli which is below the house..." This bit of description is not accurate. It suggests that the private beach belongs to the cottage and it does not. To get there it is best to take the car, walking down to the lake from the cottage is not possible. This otherwise does not detract from the stay: the cottage is beautiful and so are the surroundings.

De omgeving is prachtig. Het huisje staat midden in het bos. Voor de weg er naar toe moet je wel een beetje een stevige auto hebben. Rust en ruimte in overvloed. Ook onze hond heeft het hier prima naar zijn zin gehad. Casa Encantada...een betoverend huisje in een betoverende omgeving.

"Het is ook mogelijk om gebruik te maken van een privéstrand bij het meer van Cingoli dat onder het huis ligt ..." Dit stukje beschrijving is niet accuraat. Het wekt de suggestie dat het privéstrand bij het huisje hoort en dat is niet zo. Om er te komen, kun je het beste de auto pakken, vanaf het huisje naar beneden lopen naar het meer is niet mogelijk. Dit doet verder niets af aan het verblijf: het huisje is prachtig en de omgeving ook.

The surrounding area is beautiful and well worth seeing. You can go hiking, go swimming in the lake or visit the small town of Apiro, which is very close by. The house is also located in the middle of an oak forest and invites you to relax in the garden.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr sehenswert. Man kann wandern gehen, im See baden gehen oder auch die kleine Stadt Apiro, direkt in der Nähe besichtigen. Außerdem ist das Haus mitten in einem Eichenwald gelegen und lädt dazu ein sich dort im Garten zu entspannen.
