Nature house in Offingawier

Right on the Sneekermeer is our completely renovated and modernly furnished apartment. The living room is tastefully decorated overlooking the garden. During a cozy evening you can watch your favorite movies and series via the television with built-in Chromecast. The modern equipped semi-open kitchen offers everything for a sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family. The master bedroom has a double box spring and the (children's) bedroom has a bunk bed. It is possible to add a baby bed (not present). The bathroom is fully equipped. On the terrace, facing southwest, is a fine garden furniture and 2 sunbeds with cushions. You must provide your own bed, bath and kitchen linen. The prices for the summer period 2022 have been adjusted because the renovation of the exterior of the apartment building has not yet been completed. You will not be inconvenienced by this during your stay.

The apartment is located near the starting island (accessible by ferry) and right on the Sneekermeer. At 100 meters is a harbor and there are plenty of water sports opportunities such as water skiing, supping, canoeing or sailing. There is a boat ramp available, making it possible to bring your own boat. The apartment is located in nature reserve De Potten, where there are plenty of opportunities for beautiful cycling or walking tours. There are several bicycle routes around the Sneekermeer, which offer beautiful views of water and vast polders. The center of Sneek is about 5 km away and is easily accessible by bike or boat. Leeuwarden can be reached by car in 30 minutes, but is also accessible by boat. Bicycles can be rented at the nearby vacation park RCN de Potten (booking is wise). In the area are many beautiful villages and towns, with various historical sights. A visit to the water sports village of Terherne with its chameleon village is also worthwhile.
