Enjoy peace and quiet and sleep in the bed box! Our guests have access to a beautifully renovated detached house from the year 1868 with spacious garden, unobstructed view and fully equipped. The house is modern, but the details are a nod to the past. The house is not suitable for families and pets. Incl. coffee/tea, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels. Breakfast on request, at local bakery! Bike rental in the area is possible. Supermarket is nearby. 2x in the week comes the SRV wagon along for small groceries. BG: Living room with box bed (box bed with normal 2-pers.afmetingen, 160x200), shower, sink and toilet, kitchen and hall. Garage: for storing bicycles, garden furniture, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Facilities: central heating, television (basic channels Ned.1,2 and 3), WIFI, induction cooking, washing machine, kitchen, fridge and freezer, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, kettle. 1st floor: no guest access.

Nature, peace & environment:Very quiet cottage for 2 people. Cottage has a rich history and is furnished accordingly, along with a modern kitchenette and a spacious shower and toilet. The barn gives extra space for bikes, there is the refrigerator and washing machine and outdoor chairs. All very neat and clean. Wifi is somewhat limited. Video calling and movie streaming would be too much. We did not miss that, but might be good to know. Sweet, enthusiastic hostess. And with bed box. Nice experience if you know how the back lying person jumps out of bed most nimble. We found it a lovely cottage, nicely located about 5 km from the lauwersmeer area.
