Nature house in Geersdijk

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful and attractively decorated house. It is fully equipped. We lacked nothing. Everything was clean and neat. Upstairs a beautiful and spacious bedroom, with a good bed. The personal contact on arrival and departure with Caroline and Leo was nice. In the fridge were 2 jars of homemade jam and bottle of homemade pear juice and they were delicious. We had a nice stay in Wijtvliet.

We voelden ons meteen thuis in dit mooie en sfeervol ingerichte huis. Het is compleet ingericht. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Alles was schoon en netjes. Boven een mooie en ruime slaapkamer, met een goed bed. Het persoonlijk contact bij aankomst en vertrek met Caroline en Leo was fijn. In de koelkast stonden 2 potjes zelfgemaakte jam en fles eigengemaakte perensap en die waren heerlijk. Wij hebben een fijn
verblijf gehad in Wijtvliet.

We liked the nature house in Geersdijk. The house has a beautiful location on the outskirts of the village. With around and wide views of water and and meadows. It is quiet and you have space for walking and cycling. In the vicinity are many beautiful villages to view. The cottage is within walking distance of Lake Veere.

Het natuurhuis in Geersdijk is ons goed bevallen. Het huis heeft een mooi ligging aan de rand van het dorp. Met rondom en wijds uitzicht op water en en weilanden. Het is er rustig en je hebt er de ruimte om te wandelen en te fietsen. In de omgeving zijn veel mooie dorpjes om te bekijken. Het huisje ligt op loopafstand van het Veerse meer.

Beautiful studio. Just big enough for 2 people (4 is possible through sofa bed) Everything is there for a perfect vacation. Peace, spacious garden and a great base for doing things.

Prachtige studio. Precies groot genoeg voor 2 personen ( 4 is mogelijk d.m.v. slaapbank)
Alles is aanwezig voor een perfecte vakantie. Rust, ruime tuin en een prima uitvalsbasis om dingen te ondernemen.

An extraordinary place to stay. The cottage is decorated, furnished, styled with a lot of love. Very nice colors and therefore a very nice atmosphere. The garden is a green oasis with several secluded seats in different places. The welcome is very warm with fresh eggs, a delicious juice and homemade jams from the orchard. Both the information and inspiration folder left nothing to be desired. The whole place feels very complete and careful and that's special. The only -little- minus point I could think of is that there are three roads converging at the front, so you do hear some traffic (more than I expected) but that, especially in the evening, is no longer an issue. And at the back, in the garden, you only hear birds. All in all, really a lovely place.

Een buitengewone plek om te verblijven. Het huisje is met heel veel liefde gedecoreerd, ingericht, gestyled. Hele fijne kleuren en daardoor een hele fijne sfeer. De tuin is een groene oase met diverse afgeschermde zitjes op verschillende plekken.
De ontvangst is allerhartelijkst met kakelverse eitjes, een heerlijk sapje en zelfgemaakte jammetjes uit de boomgaard. Zowel de informatie- als inspiratie-map lieten niets te wensen over.
Het geheel voelt heel compleet en zorgvuldig en da's bijzonder.
Het enige -kleine- minpunt wat ik zou kunnen verzinnen is dat er drie wegen samenkomen aan de voorkant, dus je hoort wel wat verkeer (meer dan ik had verwacht) maar dat is, zeker 's avonds, niet meer aan de orde. En aan de achterkant, in de tuin, hoor je alleen maar vogels.
Al met al echt een heerlijke plek.
