In this cozy cottage among the trees, by the water you will find peace and quiet. Through the many windows you can stare for hours at all that lives there. Outside on the large deck you can enjoy the sounds of nature and sit out of the wind, in the sun. Light the BBQ or the outdoor fireplace for the ultimate outdoor experience. (The pond is for enjoying, not fishing)

The combination of water and greenery creates a unique and rich flora and fauna on this relatively small piece of private land. Want to go out and enjoy the surroundings? Maas & Waal is known for its watery environment, along the Maas or the Waal you can walk for hours without meeting anyone. Do you prefer cycling? The dike offers all the possibilities to explore the area and in between visiting the beautiful villages and towns for a cup of coffee or tea.
