Located just outside a 4-star estate in Le Verdoyer, commune of Champs Romain, the bungalow is centrally located in the beautiful Parc Naturel Regional Perigord Limousin in a rolling landscape with forests and fens. Nearby are the villages of Abjat sur Bandiat, Saint Saud Lacoussieres and Saint Pardoux La Riviere; a 45-minute drive away are the cities of Limoges, Angouleme and Perigueux. For daily shopping one can go to Saint Saud or Nontron. In the immediate vicinity are many hiking and biking trails.
