This industrially spacious detached vacation home (SMOKE FREE) with private parking is located on the small and quiet park in the picturesque farming village of Boijl, on the border of Drenthe and Friesland. The vacation home has a spacious garden with terrace and grass. Dining table and lounge set available. Suitable for 4 persons. Ground floor: spacious living room with many windows, kitchen, bathroom with rain shower and sink with double tap and a separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The beds are made for you on arrival! The entire vacation home has floor heating and is fully furnished with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, etc. The small-scale park is located behind the Sauna het Friese Woud Please note> we do not rent to people under 25 years (without children)
Nature and surroundings
Boijl, a rural village surrounded by Frisian meadows and Drenthe forests, on the edge of the National Park the Drentse Friese Wold. The three colonies Frederiksoord, Veenhuizen and Wilhelminaoord are definitely worth a visit. A beautiful walking and cycling area with varied landscapes of forest, heath and peat. The villages of Drenthe Borger, Diever, Appelscha, Vledder, Noordwolde and Dwingeloo are worth a visit: many restaurants are and plenty of activities. Do you like the water: the Frisian waters are a half-hour drive away. Beautiful historic cities such as Leeuwarden, Zwolle and Groningen can be reached by car in 45 minutes. For a visit to the sauna Het Friese Woud, you need to walk less than 200 meters.
