Located in the middle of nature, away from the delusion of the day, you will find our cozy vacation home Slow. Here 'playing outside' is still the standard and boredom is not an option. While the birds whistle and the squirrels shoot through the garden, children experience the ultimate vacation feeling here. Having breakfast together without a clock, building huts in the forest and ending the day by the wood stove. Both indoors and outdoors are great. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a comfortable double bed and for the children there is a room with playful bunk beds. In the nice play corner children can also have a good time inside with all the toys present. In the closet are fun games and books for both young and old. In our compact but very complete kitchen you never miss. You will find a 4-burner stove, coffee maker and kettle. Also basic products such as salt, pepper and oil are ready for you. For the little ones, we also have a cot and high chair ready for you.
Nature and surroundings
Due to the unique location of our nature house between the forests of Gorssel, the IJssel and against Deventer and Zutphen, you have the best of both worlds; nature and culture! From Slow you can walk the most beautiful wooded trails and the famous Gorsselse heath is 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by foot. On the other side of Gorssel you will find the floodplains of the IJssel, where you can cross with the ferry to De Kribbe; a nice farm restaurant, with delicious cakes. Gorssel has a beautiful village center with nice authentic stores where you can score the tastiest things, find restaurants (including the famous Loetje) and for groceries there is a Jumbo. The cozy Hanseatic cities (Deventer and Zutphen) with a maze of shopping streets opening onto squares full of terraces and cafes, are both about 20 minutes by bike (about 10 minutes by car). A fine, on small and quiet cottage park, mobile home with all amenities. A cozy bunk bed for the kids, which did very well! Also the garden with toys was a hit, in addition you notice the attention to warmth and coziness in the house. Delicious right from the park so walk into the woods. Highly recommended!
Een fijne, op kleinschalig en rustig huisjespark gelegen, stacaravan die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Een gezellig stapelbed voor de kinderen, dat deed het erg goed!
