The open kitchen with cooking island is part of the living room and is equipped with multifunctional oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds and also a second bathroom. Through the doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water, with your own jetty. The Watervilla's are very suitable for families. The villas are not rented to (groups of) young people. The main booker must be at least 27 years old and stay in the water villa for the entire rental period.
