This nature house is located in a wooded area with 1700m2 of land and was completely renovated in 2022. The bungalow with two bedrooms and large living room is connected to nature through large windows and double sliding doors. The garden has several seating areas, a fire pit, a covered seating area, swing bench and BBQ. On a colder day you can cozy up and light the wood stove inside. The living room has a unique shape. On one side is a cozy sitting area with fireplace, smart TV and smart speaker. On the other side is a large dining table with wide views of the garden. The passage to the kitchen includes a kitchen island with bar. The kitchen itself is extensively equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, blender, grill, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine and kettle.Boscoso is ideal for working from home and has very good Wi-Fi (fiber optic internet) and a monitor for your laptop. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Nature and surroundings
There is plenty to do in the varied surroundings, including biking (2 electric bikes included in the rental) or mountain biking. Canoeing, SUP'ing or pedal boating on the Berkel River. Rent a Solex, chopper or Tuk Tuk. Golf for beginners and advanced players. Or go shopping in the Hanseatic city of Lochem or the Achterhoek villages Borculo or Ruurlo (all within 6km). Larger cities such as Zutphen and Doetinchem are over 20 kilometers from Boscoso and Deventer is 33 kilometers away. For cultural outings, visit the two popular museums MORE, Kasteel Ampsen or the Zwiepse molen, for example. For an evening out, you can visit city theater Lochem or the Luxor movie theater in Zutphen. You can also take beautiful walks on the Lochemse berg, Kale berg and/or Paaschberg. The love path in Ruurlo is highly recommended for couples. For relaxation, there is sauna the Bronsbergen in Zutphen or enjoy local specialty beers at brewery Brouwersnös
