Le Casoun" is a charming, character-filled gîte with all modern conveniences, housed in an old farmhouse. Its uncluttered decor enhances the authenticity of the old materials: the stone sink, the inglenook fireplace, the period door and, of course, the beautiful roof structure. Ideal for 2 people, come and enjoy the large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with direct access to the terrace, lounge and dining area, bedroom and shower room. Outside, its terrace and private garden, with barbecue and deckchairs, are perfect for a relaxing moment, complemented by a large shared swimming pool and a boulodrome for a successful vacation! There's no internet connection in the gîte, but you can always "stay connected" with 4G!
Nature and surroundings
Property: 20 hectares in one piece with 2 horses and chickens. free private parking. The gîte is located in the heart of the countryside in a very natural environment: direct access from the property to hiking trails: GR 652 "chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle" and various signposted paths. pétanque court and swimming pool: Secured by fencing (to be shared with other guests) open in July and August Dimensions: 12x5 with beach, deckchairs and parasols. Please note: kitchen linen, sheets, pillows and comforter provided. No wifi, but 4G works very well During your days, you'll have a wide choice of activities and visits to suit your desires: cultural, nature, sporting or leisure activities, etc. Just 30 minutes from the gîtes, between the Lot and Dordogne, you can visit the many châteaux (Bonaguil), bastides (Monflanquin, Monpazier) and medieval villages (Penne d'Agenais) and many others! Flan on the region's finest markets: Montcuq, Monsempron...

Hartelijke communicatie en ontvangst van Stephane en Valerie. Als hosts zijn ze perfect. Helemaal niet opdringerig. Je zou niet zeggen dat dit nog maar het tweede seizoen is dat ze de gîtes verhuren.
We hebben met ons vieren echt genoten van dit weekje verlof. Gîte Cigale is een echte parel. Voorzien van alle nodige apparaten. De gîte werd met oog voor detail gerestaureerd en is erg aangenaam om te verblijven. Ook lekker koel op warme dagen. We hebben vele uren doorgebracht in op het terras in de prachtige tuin onder een constante symfonie van de cycaden. Omdat de andere gîtes niet verhuurd waren hadden we het zwembad voor ons alleen, een echte meerwaarde op hete dagen. Zorgt zeker voor de nodige verkoeling.
Als we nog eens naar de Lot komen staat deze gîtes bovenaan ons lijstje.
Stephane en Valerie bedankt voor je fijne tijd op jullie terrein.
Doe zo voortMooie natuur in de Lot. Veel mogelijkheden om uitstapjes te maken.
Penne-d'Agenais was voor ons een echte verrassing. Zeker doen als je in de buurt bent.
Wij hebben echt genoten van de wandelingen die terug te vinden zijn op de infoborden in de meeste gemeentes.
