In the heart of the Pyrénées Orientales, an hour from Perpignan and the Mediterranean Sea, this old farmhouse built around 1756 is hidden away in a secluded valley in the heart of nature, not far from the small Catalan village of Corsavy. An ideal location for a mountain vacation, this old Catalan farmhouse at the foot of the Canigou mountain provides direct access to the Riuferrer and a waterfall. This unique location offers you a holiday combining authenticity and comfort. Here, you can enjoy the calm and pure air of this veritable haven of peace. This spacious 64m² gîte has two bedrooms (with one king-size bed or 2 single beds 90x200 cm), a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and a private balcony/terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Access is via the living room on the 1st floor, and via the Riuferrer room on the first floor. The other gîtes in the mas are Abbé Arnulphe and Guilllaume de Gausselme.

It's the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the world. You can stay quietly at the estate and let yourself be enchanted by the enchanting serenity of the place. This vacation rental is ideally situated between sea and mountains, and offers a perfect base for nature activities: hiking or horse-riding throughout the Canigou massif, mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, via-ferrata, accrobranches park, golf... The thermal baths and casinos of Amélie les Bains and Le Boulou are around 20 minutes from the house, the beaches of the Côte Vermeille one hour, the Costa Brava 1h30, Barcelona 2h. There are many cultural activities nearby: visit Corsavy, a typical Catalan village, Arles sur Tech and its abbey, Prats de Mollo and its fort, the thermal baths and caves of Roussillon, the abbey of Saint Martin du Canigou, Villefranche de Conflent (Fort Liberia, yellow train...), Prades, Collioure, the Cathar castles (Quéribus, Peyrepertuse...), etc.
