Experience a total vacation experience? A stay with us guarantees tranquility, comfort but also the option of creative activity. Upon arrival you will fall head over heels in (local) butter, cheese, eggs, potatoes and vegetables (reserve in advance) . Fresh bread is in the freezer and the refrigerator is filled with the basic products. Of course also sweet spreads. Skin and hair care products are provided and your bed is made. There is a TV with DVD player and a collection of up to 100 CDs available. There is also the possibility of a Rural Dinner served at the table. The hosts are cultural all-arounders; regular jam sessions, yoga/music workshops and festivals are organized. Our music room is at your disposal if desired, making this nature house also perfect for bands who want to create. coaching is available if desired. Fishing and boating right outside the door, canoes for rent and horses to pet or ride. Private parking spaces.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is located behind the sea dike with unobstructed views of the Frisian countryside and within walking distance of the Wadden Sea where the view of the islands, the skies are breathtaking, where one can walk towards the mudflats while strolling and where the water is completely surprised by flora and fauna. Between Zwarte Haan and the pier of Holwerd lies one of Europe's largest salt marshes with dobbs, summer polders, salty grasslands, mudflats and salt marsh works. Salt marsh plants such as salicornia and sea aster (edible), among others, are plentiful This more than 4200-hectare area is one of the most beautiful places and provides space for a huge variety of animals. From foxes to deer, geese, spoonbills and even flamingos. Not for nothing is this area part of the Wadden Sea Unesco World Heritage Site. Culturally there is much to experience from the surrounding villages and towns, and a home cab is at your disposal.

Ook de inrichting super landelijk.
Een beerlijke rustige omgeving. Bijna dirct aan het wad.

Mijn vrouw en ik hadden geboekt voor 2 overnachtingen, maar zijn na 1 nacht volgende dag weer vertrokken.
We hadden het huisje gekozen omdat er werd aangegeven in de advertentie dat de tuin omheind was, wat veilig zou zijn voor onze hond.
Dit bleek niet het geval, waardoor er een gevaarlijke situatie zou kunnen ontstaan door de ligging van het huisje aan de doorgaande weg aan de dijk.
Ook bij de faciliteiten genoemd zou er een TV in het huisje zijn, deze was alleen voor afspelen van dvd’s te gebruiken.
In het huisje bevonden zich elektrische radiatoren, maar wanneer er meer dan 1 in gebruik was, sloegen meerdere keren de stoppen door. Waardoor het binnen niet aangenaam verwarmd kon worden.
De boiler in de keuken werkte niet en dus voor warm water maar naar de badkamer.
Kortom voor ons een teleurstellende ervaring.

Wat jammer om te horen dat jullie het zo hebben ervaren. Je kunt je hond gerust loslaten in de grote tuin als je er bij blijft, verder zijn er grote natuurgebieden in de omgeving waar je je huisdier helemaal los kan laten lopen. Het natuurhuisje heeft meerdere radiatoren waarvan 1 olieradiator, als je deze aan zet i.c.m. de inductieplaat slaan de stoppen door dat klopt, de andere radiatoren kun je allemaal tegelijkertijd aan zetten. De boiler werkt gelukkig weer inmiddels! Je bent van harte welkom nog eens langs te komen om ons mooie natuurhuisje echt te ervaren!Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje was wijds en rustgevend aan de achterkant.
