Cozy forest hut | personal, cozy & creative | lake within walking distance | Dahner Felsenland very close | The hut is my second home, so there is a lot of love & personality in it. Please only book if you are looking for accommodation with heart and character, there are perfect, anonymous vacation huts elsewhere :) 1) The ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom - the shower - is low. 2) Access: A slightly bumpy forest road - no problem with a normal car/VW bus, a large motorhome/low-slung sports car would have to park approx. 3 minutes walk away 3) No TV, but a stereo system (CD/radio/aux/Bluetooth) 4) Reliable WLAN (fiber optic connection) 5) Nothing for people with animal allergies (cat scratching post in the hut and often animal visits) 6) Storage space: An empty sideboard shelf and space can be created in the display case. 7) With approx. 30sqm + sleeping loft perfect for 2 people, with four or with large dogs you really have to want it that small.

When you open the windows in the morning, your nose is gently tickled by the sun, the birds are chirping and your gaze falls on the large property with the adjacent forest all around, then all life blossoms again. Numerous hiking trails are waiting to be discovered on foot. In fall & winter it is especially cozy with candlelight and a delicious tea. Pleasant warmth and hot water are provided by the cottage's own gas boiler with several radiators, which can be controlled centrally via a thermostat. Dogs & cats are very welcome if they treat the hut & furnishings with care. Dogs should be well tolerated, as guests with dogs often stay next door. Lake Silz and the idyllic "Seehof" forest lake in Erlenbach are very close by, a dream on hot days!
