On the large, covered balcony facing southwest, enjoy the direct view of the Rauschberg and Unternberg in the open air. Or enjoy peace and quiet in the light-flooded living room. The center of Ruhpolding is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities. Swimming pool with sauna and ice rink can be reached quickly on foot. Right outside the door you can go cross-country skiing and start hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes.
