Eventually we found a phone number and got the owner on the line who gave instructions on where to find the key. In the end, everything in the cottage was spotless and cozy and we had a fantastic stay. We didn't have to worry about check out times either. I definitely want to come back here again but will be more alert to communication before the stay.
Klein minpuntje bij aankomst. Wij moesten ter plaatse naar de eigenaar bellen om binnen te geraken in het vakantiehuisje, ondanks die dag eerder verstuurde chat (problemen op jullie website) en mail. Uiteindelijk vonden we een telefoonnummer en kregen we de eigenaar aan de lijn die instructies gaf waar we de sleutel konden vinden. Uiteindelijk was alles in het huisje piekfijn in orde en gezellig en hadden we een fantastisch verblijf. We moesten ook geen rekening houden met uitchecktijden. Ik wil hier zeker nog terugkomen maar zal alerter zijn voor de communicatie vóór het verblijf.
