On our dairy farm in Zeerijp (Groningen) we have realized a 2 to 4 person vacation home. You are close to the cows and all the beauty Groningen has to offer. You will enjoy the space, beautiful clouds and a beautiful view over the meadows. In the evening you will dream away with the farm sounds in the background. The house is fully furnished and equipped with most comforts. You have sole use of the house and do not have to share it with other guests. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen (24m2), shower (6m2) including toilet and a covered terrace. On the second floor you will find the living room (36m2) and two bedrooms (20 and 16m2)with closet space. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Breakfast is not included in the price. The house is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. There is opportunity to charge your e-bike. Parking is available in your own yard.
Nature and surroundings
In the neighboring village of Loppersum (3km) you can go for daily shopping and other amenities. You will find a bakery, drugstore, supermarket, wellness, saltwater pool, restaurants and a train and bus station. Travel time by train to the city of Groningen is about 20 minutes and the main road to Groningen is 5 minutes away by car. In the house there are leaflets with tourist information.

Matthijs November 17, 2023 General rating:A lovely spacious cottage, fully equipped, with a beautiful wide view. We spent a long weekend there with our 2.5 year old daughter. There were toys for her, a high chair and even a bath. We had a wonderful time. Gerdie and Han gave us a warm welcome and were very hospitable. The tour of the farm was a very nice extra. We would love to come back again. Highly recommended.
Een heerlijk ruim vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien, met een prachtig wijds uitzicht. Wij hebben er een lang weekend doorgebracht met onze dochter van 2.5 jaar. Er stond speelgoed voor haar klaar, een kinderstoel en zelfs een badje. We hebben een ontzettend fijne tijd gehad. Gerdie en Han hebben ons warm ontvangen en zijn erg gastvrij. De rondleiding op de boerderij was een erg leuk extraatje. Wij komen graag een keer terug. Een echte aanrader.
