This flat is one of the 3 flats of Podere Villa, the Podere closest to the main road.On the ground floor: a living room with fireplace and a spacious kitchen.On the upper floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.The single beds can be joined or separated on request.Outdoor facilities include a barbecue, a wood oven and a shared laundry room with drying rack.

The flat is located in a portion of a farmhouse that has been completely renovated within a private hillside where you can walk, use our 19-hole disc golf course, collect your passport to take part in the Geocaching virtual treasure hunt (10 Castella GeoTour) to discover the Svizzera pesciatina.Guests will have a kitchen complete with utensils, accessories and basic household appliances, a living room with TV, bathrooms, bedrooms and furnished outdoor areas.
