The nature house is an old cattle and hay barn converted into a pleasant summer house. This cottage has a large south-facing terrace with a magnificent panoramic view! A huge private property of 4800 ²m is at your disposal! The pictures speak volumes.... There is a large living room and kitchen, where it is pleasant to sit, play and eat. The nature house has 4 spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (with 2 single mattresses). the house has a total area of 135 ²m. However, with nice spring and summer weather you may spend a lot of time outside. Enjoy our outdoor shower, barbecue, deck chairs, beautiful views during the day and an enchanting starry sky at night. Still chilly inside? The stove with wood available immediately brings the necessary warmth and coziness....
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located 40 km from Angoulème and only 2 km from the village of Saint Claud. One can walk there finely through the forest and along meadows. Our Barn is located in a small street with only 3 other houses. It is quiet, you are surrounded by nature and enjoy total privacy. You have a private property of up to 4800 ²m! Saint Claud has a municipal heated outdoor pool open from June to August. Bordeaux, Cognac, Saintes, La Rochelle and others are neighboring cities that are definitely worth visiting. Also les Lacs de Charente are only a 30 minute drive from our vacation home.
