In this spacious recreation house there are no thresholds on the ground floor. From the hall, you enter -also with a wheelchair or walker- in the spacious living-dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The utility room has a washer and dryer. The heat pump provides underfloor heating and hot water. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets; on the south side with sun protection blinds. On the ground floor: the bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible (rain) shower, sink and toilet; one double room with two separate box-spring beds. Upstairs: two 2-person bedrooms with electric radiators; separate toilet on the landing. There is fiberglass, Wifi, TV, connection for your laptop and USB charging points for cell phones The house is located on private land consisting of forest and garden; in spring it is one big songbird concert. On the terrace: a large table, chairs and a parasol. Two old ladies bikes and 1 men's bike are available by arrangement. The dog may come along after consultation.

The house is located in the rural coulisse landscape characteristic of the Achterhoek. The nature reserve "The Gorsselsche Heide" is 400 meters away. The estate of the castle 't Joppe (walking distance 2 km) is open to the public. The environment is attractive for walking, cycling and car trips. There are many tourist hiking, cycling (nodes), ATB and car routes on the Internet or at the local tourist office in Gorssel. The nearby Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are worth a visit.
