The "Fiere Fazant" is a house with a story all its own, located in a beautifully converted and renovated barn. The absolute highlight is the unique wooden deck above a former well, which has since been transformed into a picturesque pond bordered by a beautiful weeping willow. Here you can start your morning with coffee while the world is still asleep, and here you can end your evening with a glass of wine as silence descends. Three bedrooms offer space for up to six people. The private garden borders directly on the large communal garden, which gradually blends into the forest. Families who are friends and wish to stay next to each other often combine De Fiere Fazant with one of the other houses in the barn: each with its own character. There you’ll find the charming restaurant where a different themed daily menu is served every day, always with an emphasis on flavor and seasonality. Lake Veere is a five-minute walk away. Ideal for sailors, surfers, and swimmers. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the North Sea or the Oosterschelde. The charming village of Kortgene is within cycling distance, featuring an artisanal bakery, butcher, supermarket, and the unique Bazar.
