Positives Beautiful location, lots of greenery and birds. Good location for walking and cycling and for visiting historical places like Kampen and Zwolle. The cottage is well equipped (especially the kitchen). Less good points The location between the A28 and A50 is less favorable. If the wind is unfavorable, these roads give an enormous amount of noise and that detracts from the experience of nature.Irritating is also the Rooster of the neighbors. That from 3 am regularly kukelt and klussende neighbors on Saturday afternoon and party celebrating neighbors do not contribute to the peace. As a final point of attention: the double bed in one of the two bedrooms is quite narrow and is on 1 side against the side wall, so you have to get in and out the back if you do not want to wake your partner. This may not be a workable option for everyone.

Positieve punten

Mooie locatie, veel groen en vogels. Goede locatie voor wandelen en fietsen en voor het bezoeken van historische plaatsen als Kampen en Zwolle. Het huisje is goed ingericht (vooral de keuken).

Minder goede punten

De ligging tussen de A28 en A50 is minder gunstig. Als de wind ongunstig staat geven deze wegen enorm veel herrie en dat afbreuk aan de natuurbeleving.

Irritant is ook de Haan van de buren. Die vanaf 3 uur 's nachts regelmatig kukelt en klussende buren op zaterdagmiddag en feestvierende buren dragen ook niet bij aan de rust.
Als laatste attentie punt: het tweepersoonsbed in een van de twee slaapkamers is vrij smal en staat aan 1 kant tegen de zijmuur, waardoor je er aan de achterkant in en uit moet als je je partner niet wakker wil maken. Dat is misschien niet voor iedereen een werkbare optie.

Fine cottage, clean and equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils. The bathroom grout was moldy, we cleaned it ourselves but the smell remained. Presumably due to water under the hot tub.The pick up creaked so badly we were afraid the plates would give way that was not a real success.

Prima huisje, schoon en voorzien van ruim assortiment keukenspullen. De badkamer voegen waren beschimmeld, die hebben we zelf schoongemaakt maar de geur bleef. Vermoedelijk door water onder het bubbelbad.
De pick up kraakte zo erg dat we bang waren dat de platen het zouden begeven dat was niet echt een succes.

The cottage was quietly located and had a nice garden with lounge chairs so we could sit in the sunshine

Het huisje lag rustig gelegen en had een fijne tuin met loungestoelen zodat we in het zonnetje konden zitten

The cottage is located in an area from which you can make great trips in the surrounding area, Elburg approx. 16 km or 20 minutes, Deventer approx. 36 km. The cottage has a living-dining room, a kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool bath. Toilet is separate. The house is functionally furnished.

Das Häuschen liegt in einer Gegend, von der man tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen kann, Elburg ca. 16 km oder 20 Minuten, Deventer ca. 36 km.
Das Häuschen hat ein Wohn-Esszimmer, einen Küchenbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Whirlbadewanne. Toilette ist separat. Das Haus ist funktionell eingerichtet.

Unfortunately, roadworks were taking place and so it wasn't really quiet.

Leider fanden Straßenarbeiten statt und daher war es nicht wirklich ruhig.
