Welcome to our typical Valais nature house built in 1751! The house is located slightly above the village of Grächen, near Zermatt. Here you will find peace, fresh air, lots of sunshine and an impressive view of the surrounding mountains, including the Matterhorn. The apartment on the ground floor (approx. 75 m2) is cozy and attractively furnished for four people. A living room with lounge sofa and television, a large kitchen with stove, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine, two bedrooms with new box spring beds, a work corner and two bathrooms. Of course, Wifi is available. The house includes a private terrace (east side) and two small balconies facing south and west. A parking space in the garage about 150 m from the house is included. Please note: As usual in old chalets, the ceiling height in the apartment is partly lower (approx. 1.90 m).
