A wooded area equipped with hiking trails, mountain bike trails and horse trails and known for the Scottish Highland cattle that roam there. At 3 km driving distance is the Veerse Meer: a water with many water sport possibilities such as surfing, water skiing, sailing, wakeboarding, etc. Three kilometers northeast is the Oosterscheldekering, the showpiece of the delta works, with the island "Neeltje Jans" on top. A really nice cottage. Very clean. Very quiet and secluded, surrounded by greenery in a park-like garden. No view into the cottage from other cottages. Air conditioning available. And window screens in the bedroom! It would be a real shame if these weren’t there. Nice shower. Otherwise, it’s fully equipped: a hammock, washing machine, coffee pod machine, knives, etc. A 5-minute bike ride from the beautiful Banjaard Beach. Easy parking by the beach if you’re driving. Great restaurants nearby. Just 5 minutes from a lovely forest. Close to Middelburg and Veere. Dogs are welcome. There’s a beach just 15 minutes away where dogs are always allowed off-leash.
