Nature house in Les Ancizes-Comps

In the heart of France's Auvergne region, this former railroad hotel stands on the edge of a historic railroad viaduct. The view is great, of the railroad bridge and a reservoir. The house consists of a spacious living room (48m²) with French doors to the terrace. There are 5 bedrooms, including 1 family room with queen-size bed and a 3pers. bunk bed, 3 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms, separate toilet, a piece of yard in front of the house with place for barbecue etc. Due to the stairs in and around the house it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

This is the region of peace, space and nature. And of the volcanic area, La Chaine des Puys (Unesco heritage) with the Puy de Dôme as the most famous volcanic mountain. There are numerous lakes (including crater lakes), hiking trails, local markets, streams, waterfalls, div. spring water towns, canoe centers, etc. No trains run over the viaduct anymore, but groups of bicycle trains pass by daily. This is a wonderful region for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists.
