A short walk from the vast forests and moors of the Veluwe lies this cozy vacation bungalow. Located on a small, very quiet private park with four identical bungalows. Fully detached with private and fully enclosed, spacious garden of over 400m2! Lots of privacy and quiet and no overlooking by neighbors! The spacious garden around the house offers plenty of sun but also several shaded areas. The parking for the car(s) is located next door. It is a modern, fully finished house with all comforts. A nice warm living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Lots of light and two large patio doors to the terrace. Good Wifi. An enclosed large barn with electricity (charging bicycles) and freezer. Built in 2006, living area approx 55m2. The house is in a quiet location, situated in a small private courtyard on a dirt road. A short walk away are extensive forests, while the cozy center of Putten is only 2 kilometers away. The garden surrounding the house is bustling with life, with birds and squirrels as regular visitors. In the morning you are greeted by the cheerful whistling of the birds.Putten offers plenty of opportunities for recreation, such as cycling and walking along the charming wooden shoes paths. Nearby is Wellness Center 'Sauna Drôme', perfect for a day of relaxation. This location is an excellent choice for hikers and cyclists who want to explore the Veluwe forest, as well as for water sports enthusiasts looking for a central base at the Veluwe Lake. If you want to rent a bike (regular, mountain bike or tandem), you can reserve them at www.edwinfietsverhuur.nl. The bikes will then be set up for you at the vacation home.
