The studio is located next to the house of the landlords and is in the middle of a small very quiet village surrounded by fields and woods and river Ain.The studio includes a ground floor studio, with kitchen and storage room. Upstairs a bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a lee/f room.The total indoor area is 95 m². There is a drawing table, work table, conference table, chairs, single beds that can be joined into a double bed, bedding and household items.Special rates for longer terms.VAT, electricity, heating, internet, lodging taxes, water and sheets are included in the price. The studio is located on the street side. In front of the studio is a private terrace (2 garden chairs, 2 garden tables,2 garden chairs).This is the ideal place to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. To recharge, work in peace, walk, read,....
Nature and surroundings
Chatillon is located between Dijon, Lyon and Geneva, the closest city is Lons-le-Saunier (18km). The nearest village with stores (supermarket, bakery, cheese dairy, pharmacy, restaurants...) is Doucier (5km). The village is surrounded by fields and forests. There are many biking and hiking trails easily accessible from the studio. There are several swimming lakes nearby (Lac Chalain, Lac de Vouglans, Clairvaux les Lacs) as well as several waterfalls (Cascade de Hérison, Cascade de Baume-les-Messieurs). At 30 km from Chatillon there are several cross-country ski slopes, at 50 km you can cross-country ski and alpine ski in winter.

Lekker ruim huis, mooi strak ingericht. Wel jammer dat er twee lekker zittende fauteuils ontbraken.

1ere expérience réussie ! Hôtes très accueillants. Maison tranquille.
Point central pour se balader entre Baume-les-Messieurs, Arbois, le belvédère des 4 lacs.
