The house is fully equipped! Large kitchen, sitting area for 6, led TV with Play Station 4 and 2 controllers for the kids. Long table overlooking the mountains. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Master bedroom with natural wood elements. In the alcove in living room, the sofa bed can be used as a game room. After a walk in the woods you can relax. In the morning the sun falls on your balcony and you can hear the birds singing as you drink your first coffee! The apartment has a natural Scandinavian look with lots of wood accents. The house is completely off gas and is heated by infrared panels. This keeps your footprint low! Insulation value of the house was increased by insulating the walls and roof.
Nature and surroundings
The apartment is located directly between the meadows on the outskirts of Willingen with views of the mountains, within 20 minutes walk to village, or bike with your own bike in 7.5 minutes. Sky-walk is 500 meters walk, it hangs above the ski jump, where the world cup skiing is held every year, also walk from there through the woods easily to the Graf Stolberg hut where you can enjoy lunch and drinks. Hiking trails start at the door. Cross-country ski trail is 400 meters. Where also rental possibility.
